The National Sweepstakes Reporting Network sent mail of me Magically winning money, but wants $19.95 first. What A Croke!

I have received a mailing stating that I won 1,250, 000.00 dollars, but first to send them $19.95. I found that pretty amazing since I never tried to win anything. I read the back and in confusing terms it pretty much states their a complete fraud. I truley feel horrible for anyone who does follow through, $20 bucks is $20 bucks!!!
