Winning Mail in Sweepstakes FRAUDULENT Form - Isn't there a Postal Law?

I received a "promising looking" form today in the mail stating that I was "Confirmed and Validated" to receive $677,519.00 and all that was required of me was to sign to verify and - of coarse - send in the "Processing/Postage & Handling" fee of $21.95 to receive my "check."

I am a widow with 2 children I am trying desperately to support since my husbands unexpected and untimely death -so the thought of "winning" this kind of money was - at first - very promising - but, I decided to check on the internet to see if this was a ligitmate business - low and behold all I found was entry after entry of similar people reporting that they also received and were deceived by this exact same "business" - so, thank you all for saving me the $21.95.
