Overdraft protection fees

I've been banking with this company for about 7 years now and have never had a problem with them up until a year ago. It started with them charging me an INSANE amount of overdraft fees for small purchase that didn't come out to more than $20! I called them and they took back enough of the fees and put me back into the black with $75 to live on for the week, Keep in mind we are a family of three here. They had pretty much taken my husbands entire check he deposited that week.

I thought that was generous of them to do at least that and was happy that they could at least give us that much. Now here recently i had a little over $700 dollars in the bank one day and the next i was negative a little over $300 the next! I called them immediately and it was due to computer errors and there mistakes. They issued me a new debit card due to fradulent activity.

The new card took money from our overdraft account instead of our main account. So, There computer wasn't drawing from our other main account to cover the purchases, when it's always done so before. They refunded all there overdraft fees, fixed my debit card account, and once more we were in the black. Today, I just looked up my account balance and they are charging me a $10 overdraft protection transfer fee.

Where is this coming from? They've never charged me a fee like this before. I feel like since the economy has go to crap there trying to sucker there clients for every nickel and dime and hoping we to catch it or complain! I will be call them today and getting that $10 back, if not i'm changing banks! Were a one income family and don't need all this. I'm glad i found this site, and am shocked at all the stories! It's really too bad, because they've always been so good. If anyone want to start a law suit, I'M IN!!
