Undelivered drop ship merchandise

I placed an order to have a $350.00 bird stand drop shipped to my customer on 9/26/08. These bird stands are made to order with a lead time of 3-4 weeks. The item shipped on 11/4/08 but per UPS - the address label did not contain customers apartment number. UPS held the stand for one day then returned it to shipper. Petsuperwarehouse.com was notified immediately. They received the item on 11/14/08.

The address label error was their fault so the item should have been reshipped. As of today, my customer has still not received the stand. I've emailed Petsuperwarehouse.com twice (2X) and had NO RESPONSE. My credit card has been charged and both myself and my customer are out of luck!
