Obtained bank inbfo without my permission, two incidents of Bank Fraud

I was a customer of the Jemez Pueblo Buydiscountcigarettes company
in Jemez and Alubquerqu, NM.in Aug Jemez went out of business it seems and sales and debits ceased.in Oct I was debited twice for over 100 dollars by a company calling itself Keystone State something other aka KSAP. I never received any product. The phone is al;ways busy and email is unaswered.
I filed fraud charges with my bank and apparently the FBI is investigating.
