Grant University and IWB Club Scam Unsure Where They Are Located Utah (Grant University) and Nevada (IWB)

I have tried to find out where these people are located. Unfortunately, I did not find the scam report until much later, after I was ripped off.

I ordered the "free" CD from Grant University. I wanted to find information on grants for finishing my master's degree. I was given a sign in ID and password to their site that did not work. I called and reported this. The customer service representative (it sounded like a gal from India) said that she would report this problem to her technical support. Long story short, no CD arrived, I could never get into the site and 10 days later, they charged my account $69.95 after the "7 day trial." After calling them again, this same gal said they could not refund my money because I had gone through the 7 day trial. I demanded to talk to a manager and, of course, one was not available. I even called my attorney and he was unable to contact them.

A few days later, I had another deduction of $29.95 from my account from the IWB Club. I tried contacting these people and spent all my time on hold listing to bogus information about how they could help my credit score and get me out of debt. No one ever came on the line.

Thank goodness the bank is refunding my money and has closed my account so these people can not deduct any more money from my account.
