Kieth Beevers solicited on the radio, for home loan modification of hardship loans

I had been listening to the radio ads for loan modifications and after 3 weeks I decided to call Lucas law center for help. I was contacted by kieth beevers who took my information, i gave him my master card info so he could bill me 3,500.00 for his services, which he said looks very good that he will be able to get my loan modified, he e-mailed me a letter authorization form and i filled it out and faxed it to his computer. I called my credit card company this morning and he has debted my account for 3,500.00. I have not heard from him since 12/10/08 morning.
