Why does HSW insist on violating the Federal Laws 15 USC 1692c Section 805 (c) Cease Communication FDCPA and Violate section 805 (b) 2 of FDCPA, The state Statute of Limitation (Ca. & texas 4years Wash. 6 years (since nov. 1999), Making phone calls daily monday thru friday. Leaving remarks that the phone calls will not stop. Sending letters that they will sue me. I have faxed them letters sent registered mail. And they still continue.

I have declared under the penalty of perjury, under the laws of the state of california that all records of my health (bad) SSI is not sufficient to cover the cost of living. I have Paggetts Desease, I am diabetic with me right leg amputated, I just got a left knee replacement, I am confine to a wheelchair. I am sorry I can't pay.
