Thieves in your bank account!

My bank called me this morning to check recent charges to my debit card. The first one was for $1 from MediaMogulMe.com. I reported I never heard of them and they immedately shut down my card and issue me a new one.

From other reports here, $1 is the first charge they make before going higher.

Luckily, they won't be getting even a $1 from me.

Why can't these people be stopped? They have obviously done this many times!
