Sexual harassment, non payment of labor owed to employee, deflemation of charactor, lieing and stealing business from other employees

I worked for Reliant ASsembly for about 6 months if that long. He took advantage of me in all aspects of the word. On several occasions he made sexual advances at me. He knew I am a happily married woman. Which by the way my husband also worked for him. When Kenny did not get his way he made my job a living hell. Kenny continously humilitated me, yelled at me, called me incompitent, and the list goes on.

He continously talked about me to other people in the office bldg, to the owner and her daughters. Telling them how horrible I am, and the list goes on. Things were really bad, but I needed the money; that is the only reason I stayed as long as I did. I also stayed so he would not give my husband a hard time, which he did. Ken used my office at my house when ever he felt like it. I got no thank you or conpensation for that.

When my husband came on board he bought 90.% of the business with him and also other/new employess from the past that he used to work with. My husband was very devoted to Reliant Assembly 24/7.in the begininning ken did pay him well. As time went by the pay died out the name calling started as well as the put downs by ken in reference to my husband. Needlessly to say we no longer work there. My husband however is getting threatning letters from ken, he will not pay him for the jobs that my husband did and finished.

He threatened him in the letter with some chumped up charges that he made up. Ken has bounced more then 3 paychecks to my husband. Ken is very inmature and very self centered. He has no capability of becoming successful in his business. He uses people to his advantage and then oh well. That is Ken for you. For heaven sakes he tried to charge my husband for a office chair that he had nothing to do with.

My advice to anyone that is interested in this company check it out first.

Ken has hurt me in the pocket really hard, but that is ok I will bounce back.in fact I am bouncing back, My husband is doing very well for himself and wished that Ken would just pay him and leave us the hell alone. My husband is a very hard worker and Ken knows that, should I say anymore.

Ken used to come over my home to get ideas from me and used them. Now that I no longer work there his Aunt Roni is using my ideas. That I did not get paid for.

There is so much more to say but not enough time. I am not aloud in the building because Kenny has told Darlene {the owner } lies about me. I do have other business in that bldg, that has nothing to do with that company but I am giving a hard time when I enter into that bldg by Darlene and Kenny. I guess he has not bounced his rent check to her yet. Give it time it will happen.

Oh one more thing. Kenny talks so badly about his brother all of the time it made me sick. He treats him like crap. Danny and I have talked about it over and over again. This man Ken Calls himself a Christian, go figure.

He talks about everyone in such a negative way.

He goes illegaly online to the wal-mart website to find out when and how much he will be paid. He has access to illegally stuff.
