Charging monthly for account not ordered Internet

Smart savings center has been billing my banking account apparently for at least the last 3 months for $19.95 for something I know nothing about and certainly don't receive anything for the money.

On several attempts to contact the company to cancel this and demand a refund a recording will come on the line so low you can barely hear it and say "all our representatives are busy helping other customers, please hold" I have held for over 20 minutes and still no one comes on the line.

This company needs to take calls, cancel this account, and refund all of my money asap.
