Unauthorized Charge

Dear Sir or Madam:
I ordered a FREE sample of Total Cleanse (without any obligation) and paid for the S&H. Then on 12-04-08 is was unauthorized charged for $89.31. I immediately called the company and CANCELLED everything THEY thought I may have ordered. They promised me to re-imburse me, but till today (12-10-08) I did NOT get my money back.

Cancellation Confirmation # is 1814477 and the Refund Confirmation # is 3651671.
