Kelly & Kelly Investment Co. - Shamrock Auto Sales
Ripped off by auto sales company

On 10/28/08 we walked into shamrock auto sales located at 4500 bragg blvd. Fayetteville, nc 28303. We gave kevin higland the sales representive $ 1200.00 dn on a 1993 ford ranger truck.

While we had it the windshield got damaged & it was taken back on 11/05/08 for safe keeping till the insurance settled the claim. The next day we called to see if the insurance company had notified shamrock auto sales of when the adjuster would be coming out & colleen informed us that mr, rowland kelly sr was deciding what to do about the vehicle being damaged & that she did'nt know if he was gonna let us have the vehicle back or not.

We asked colleen to have mr' kelly to call us & here it is 12/09/08 & have yet to hear from mr' kelly. We then have called shamrock auto sales almost every day & we get the same story mr' kelly is out of town & we will give him the message to call you back. Here it is 12/09/08 & still no return phone calls. On 12/05/08 i called kelly & kelly investments location unknown & left word for mr, rowland kelly to return my call & again called on 12/08/08 & left a message for mr, kelly to return my call & again 12/09/08 & no return calls as of yet.

Also called shamrock auto sales & spoke with colleen & she got a really nasty atittude & hung-up the phone on me! The insurance has paid the lot $1025.00 to have the damages repaired so therefore they have made $2225.00 on the vehicle already! They refuse to give us our downpayment back!
