Using poor quality cream

I requested a med. Coffee with cream and watched them open tiny cream containers to put in my coffee, at which point the girl said, "it turned." I asked why they were using that garbage and not regular cream, they said they were waiting for a delivery.

I requested milk instead of that garbage.

They also need to spend time cleaning their establishment. Sanitary conditions seem lax.
