How to cancel TLG Prvcy GRD Chase

I called chase to cancel my TLG charge and ask "please hold while I connect you." seconds later, "if you liked to make a call please check your number and dial again." THE SECERET TO CANCELING THIS CHARGE
Ask your Chase Rep for their supervisor if they themselves do not know how to cancel this charge. The supervisor I got was part of their CCU (Customer Care Unit) in Orlando, Fl. This department handles "escalated issues". They have the ability to cancel anything that comes thru their workflow. George Thornton was my rep and per his conversation the charge will no longer show. He did ask a very important question. "Do you recognize this charge?" I answered yes. If you say no, he will be forced to send you off to another dept for refund and the charge will not be cancelled. Good Luck
