So called loan company took my money and still hasn't returned it!

I too got a call a call from CYNTHIA BROWN (if thats even her name) approving me for a $7000 loan. However because of my credit they needed a collateral of $2050 which I sent. I was then told the lender wanted an additional insurance deposit. To that I said NO and I wanted my money back. I was told that in 15 to 30 day business days I would get a certified check which would be around December 15th. YEAH RIGHT! December 15th this company will disconnect their telephones and the internet set will be no more. I have filed a report with the following: Lendingtree.com, Rhode Island State Attorney Generals Office, Federal Trade Commission, and RECOL.ca (reporting crime on line with the Canadian Authorities) AND I now have hired a lawyer and we intend to take it further. Ventana phones are still working as of today. Call, Call, Call. Get involved and alert the authorities. Dont give up. We will get these money hungry bastards if we work together and do the right thing.
