In our previous HOA Leader documented our Small Tot Lot Play Gym was broken from vandalism in a Board meeting. Later, among our Panel members required about the obligation of confirming the event towards the Montgomery County Authorities and also to our State Farm Insurance Professional.

Panel members mentioned they hadn't obtained any administration reviews from our developed neighborhood administration supplier, that was MTM Management Contacts (MTM) and Michael Potter, Leader of MTM.

It was one product put into many that led to the Panel voting all to end with MTM.

Your group managment agreement with MTM read simply:

"The Broker (MTM) will immediately examine and create complete published reviews regarding all incidents or statements for harm associated with the administration, procedure, and preservation of the Most Popular Places and Community Amenities, including any harm or damage towards the Typical Places and Community Amenities projected price of fix or substitutes and will work and create every reviews needed by any insurance provider in connection therewith."
