Scam! Ruining our Credit Score for magazines we never subscribed to

This company is a SCAM! My finace is receiving magazines and bills to our seasonal winter address which he never approved. Now they are sending his information (which is invalid) to a claims department which is ruining his credit score. This inturn will affect my perfect credit when I marry him.

I called the company and told them my fiance's name is not even on the post office box as a holder and this company will not discontinue the spam mail. Now they somehow got his phone number and are calling and harassing him. He told them he never agreed to any of this and wanted them to stop sending the mail. They told him that they had his voice on a recorded line that agreed to a never cancel the account clause. They claim we owe them $1600 for magazines.

Do not talk to this company. Hang up if they call you. Report them immediately!!!
