Unauthorized charge on my Visa on 10/24/08

I've a cost on my Credit Statement on 10/24/08 for $5.87 that we did not approve. Please credit back my Credit, nor cost other things to my card. I taken care of the free test of real colon 100 on my Credit on 9/25/08.
