Correctional Billing WoN't return me even tho its their program having issues on December 2 i obtained a phone from the member of the family that's in a correctional service not really five minutes about the telephone the phone call was disconected do to some program problem after I named the 1800844 6591 quantity to access least some credit back they stated that they couldnt get it done. I believe thats really unjust since its their program having mistakes...
