Like many other complaints, mine is exactly the same. After never buying into anything titled "Free Trial", I felt for once that it truly was only a trial and for a minimal fee, I would try it. There was no information / instructions or agreements after they were willing to take my info to charge for S & H.
Nothing about future shipments at $88.97 PER MONTH!!!

Today I receive this automatic shipment wit 2 crumpled up 1/2 sheets with instructions on how to "cancel", while I also have been holding on the phone for hours and finally got through after all this time, only to be hung up on.
