I do not use Amazon.com so I have not been affected by this 21 cent scam.
But, I have seen it before. This is not about 21 cents being taken from thousands of accounts. This is to test the accounts. If you have had money taken out as the result of this scam you should cancel that card as of yesterday. Once they know it can be accessed if you do not cancel I am afraid you will be in for a very costly Christmas shock. But, please believe me when I say this is not about 21 cents.
