Wages Garnished for $4,000 MasterCard Debt, Identity Theft

I am a victim of identity theft. Cohen and Slamowitz tell me I owe 4.000.00 for a MasterCard I never owned, it is unfair and unjust. The police tell me that they need to show me by law all the paper work they have that they used to file in court to garnish my pay. Cohen and Slamowitz refused. They keep telling me it's legal. They didn't give me any proof of money i owe but yet they took this case to court and are garnishing my pay please help me
