Offer dirty crooked promises

"Welcome to Clean Credit Report Services ", is what was said at the beginning of my paperwork. It should have said, " Hi David we are going to rip you off services" because thats what happen in OCT. When I heard about them on a national radio show called, "The MICHAEL BAISDEN Show" I thought they must be worth checking out. What I didn't realize was after they had taken $204.95 on OCT 17 08 then $ 204.00 on OCT 31 08 from my checking account that would be the last time I would hear or receive any information from them. Three weeks later I called to see why I didnt recieve any credit reports nor dispute letters from them I had been informed they where out of business. When I pulled up there web site the first thing I had seen were three of there representatives being indicted on fraudulence. Now I'm contacting everyone I know who have been hoodwinked and led astray by this ostentation. I will be seeking legal action, although; I pray i'm not to late in my pursuit.
