False Advertising Flye

I received a Flyer in the mail whereby this Vet advertises 75.00 for neutering a dog and 95.00 for spaying. It states only additional cost is for Anesthesia. When I called and inquired about the charges they initially stated that they can not give the information over the phone but after persisting, they said that there were additional costs not mentioned in flyer including but not limited to Doctors visit and pain meds, plus other charges which would cost between 300 and 500 dollars. No where in advertisement does it mention any add'l cost besides the Anesthesia.
