Huge rip off liars!

My experience with this company was horrible. The quoted me $1,300 for my long distance move and once they had my things in there possession asked that the $1,300 be the 60% they said was required.

After calling the sales rep that I worked with 5 or 6 times after the movers arrived I finally got "half off" of packing material which was supposed to be included in the move.

I called to speak with a manager and was treated like crap. I was told that I could pick up my things but they would be keeping my deposit as well as the $600 that I put down at the time of the pick up. I was yelled at and told my concerns aren't his "problem"

They still have my things in there possession and I am really frustrated my next steps with be getting a lawyer and taking them to court. Being a single mother and trying to make a move to my new home with my 7 year old son before Christmas (which is now 3 weeks away) I must say I am very disappointed in this company and would not recommend it to anyone. Please keep my family in your prayers and hope that we have a merry Christmas this year.
