Unauthorized charges, scam, fraud

Found PMIDENTITY.com on my cc statement. Went unnoticed for several months for a charge of $19.95 if you ask me that's a typical charge amount so maybe that's how it was overlooked.

Called the company 1 time - cancelled membership, only 1 month back.
Called cc company. Got the run around

Called back and forth about 7-8 phone calls.

Issue may be resolved. I have a confirmation # (person id rather) given through cc's payments dispute dept. We'll see how long it takes to get the $ back to my account.
