NO success in my credit report after 1 yea

We signed to have our credit cleaned up of derogatory reports and hopefully obtain a higher credit score. I did all that was asked like give them my ID, signed the contract on 10/19 and paid $4436.00.
After 1 year all 8 of my derogatory reports remain and only the inquiries from equifax was removed. Everything remained the same, only my money is gone.
