Did not perform services as guaranteed, failed to refund money Ripoff

Success Credit Services is a credit restoration firm. Tracy Ballard, (owner), spends her time on the talk info seminar or telecall circuit. Especially, if you are an investor... Stay away.
This is how I first came across her. I've subsequently heard her on several different Real Estate info telecalls.

Having had credit issues... I wished to have some derogatory items removed from my credit file... I do know that this can be done legally, but Success Credit is not the company that can do it.

Her services are obscenely overpriced. Why did I pay it you may ask? If they really could do as they promised... To me, the value received would be worth the cost. I was trying to build a house soon and it was imperative to not have bad credit.

She promised, (never rec'd in writing), to TOTALLY remove any and all negative credit items from my report within 3 to 6 months. At about the 6 month point only a few items had come off plus some inquiries. Nothing was done from the 6 month point to the contract finish point of one year. I was told repeatedly to be patient.

Promises after promises... No results... No refund of money when asked. They even had the nerve to ask for the same fee again to renew the contract.

Make no mistake about it Tracy Ballard and Success Credit Services are deceitful, lying, deceptive mendacious, disingenous swine. Stay Away

They have an " F " rating from the BBB, even though they are not members. At one point they were displaying the BBB on line logo.
