Supervisor is asking for photos of young girls Brooklyn internet

I called in to this company to order eye glasses for my 16 year old daughter. The customer service rep was absolutly rude, I asked for a supervisor and a man got on the line he would not give me his name. I explained the situation to him and he asked me if my daughter was ugly? I told him I was going to report him to the BBB and he told me to send him a photo of my daughter so he could see if he wanted her or not. This man sounds like an on line preditor and somthing needs to be done.
