Emc put me on a repayment plan for 4 months, and still foreclosured after i was making my payments on time

Emc mortgage said they would lower my payments -to 967.00 for 4 months - and i paid as agreed but they still said i was behind and sent me to foreclosure. Now have me oweing over 9,000.00 for late fees and laywer fees.
