Charged my debit card $90.00 without notifying me in advance. Nothing is free about their free sample

I had signed up for a "free" sample of this company's product when approached with a come-on email. The part that says "try our free sample, apparently means, try and be continuously charged. Raw Natural Beauty On Oct. 23,08. I had just had surgery on my face, reconstructive, not cosmetic. To date I have not been able to put any foreign substances on my face so it remained unopened. I called my bank to halt the payment from going thru, I will not return their free products until I have been assured the payment is removed from my bank. Further more, I will not pay to ship these products back to them without receiving my $4.95 back which their people said was not possible. Please help me with any further information you may have on this company. And please, don't sign up for this at all ever!!
