I have not been able to get a job because they are giving employers information about me that is not true

I have applied for several jobs, I did not get a job because of reports from USIS. They report a list of different charges against me and sometimes the person is white and I am black. It is a shame that I served my country in the Marines and cannot get a job because of false information supplied by companies like this.
