My voicemail network charged me for a service I did not order. Placed it in my daughters name, even though she is not on phone service

ESBI long distance allowed charges to be placed on my phone bill for a service I did not order. My local phone company said they took the charges off my bill, placed the problem in investigative services, and told me that I needed to contact ESBI. I called ESBI and they said that my daughter (and gave her name) ordered the service and that I need to contact myvoicemailrewards.com to reverse charges. My daughter did not authorize the service and has never even heard of it. She is not authorized to place any service on my bill anyway, because it is only in my name. I tried to contact this voicemail service by the internet and phone with no success. I have only local service on my phone bill with no long distance, because of lack of money while attending college. Cannot afford to pay for this service. Will likely shut my phone off and change my number if all else fails. Probably can't prove this, but I believe a credit service may have placed this service on my bill after they harassed me for my daughters Verizon overdue bill that she tried to work out with them. I gave them her cell number and asked them to stop calling my number because I did not owe the money. They wanted all of the money at once and kept calling me, and tried to get my daughter to make me pay. After trying to work things out with them, they finally quit calling my number, and then these charges showed up.
