Trying to Steal My House

We filed for bankruptcy last Feb. We reaffirm with Washington Mutual 7 times and thought they had did what they were suppose to.in August I went to the court house and found out they filed a Lost Security Instrument on our house.

In Jan that is when we found out they drop the ball with the court and never reaffirm on our house. I pulled our credit report and found the house discharge in the bankruptcy. I stop paying them in August and demanded they produce all paperwork on our property.

It is now Nov08 and I am only being threaten by the 2nd. I have been calling them and sending them certifield letters with no answer. I will not be strong arm by this company. I may end up losing but I will know I did everything in my power to save our home. I also found out that the title company somehow has lost our file since we close 3 years ago. Seems like it only keeps getting worst.
