They said I had won $1,500, 000.00 but needed to send them a check. No money orders or cash. But a check only to them and they would process my winnings

I received a formal letter which they called "Acknowledgement of Intent" notifying me that I had won $125,000.00.. All I had to do to get the money was to send them a CHECK for $2.75 payable to U.R.A... They stated no money orders and no cash. But a check only.

I am not so stupid as to think that I have won any great amount of money however I went to their website online and found this website stating that I should send a rip-off to you. Here it is.
