Phony website advertised on box product missing and damaged

My son-in-law bought a cellophane sealed box of 'Phillies Blunt Watermelon' from a local convenience store. It was supposed to contain 5 Blunts. It only contained 4 and two of them were cracked. When he tried to report this to the Phillies company on the company website advertised under their "Guaranteed Fresh!" on the back of the box, the web site comes up as 'Server not found'
