Took my money for my babies food

I wanted to try a sample of the tea and i thought ok to try it was 2.95 then after 30 days if you liked it they would charge you. OMG i checked my bank statement there was a charge of 179.92. The first time i tried to call they hung up on me. While i am typing this i am on hold listening to there hold music to 7 min now. I called again after them hanging up then they said there system is down i said can i leave my name and number and you call me when the system is back up.

So i try again 2 hrs later, same story i call again and ask for a supervisor i could just speak with for a moment she said their supervisor does not return phone calls about refunds. I never told her why or what i was calling about but every time the same person answered their phone. That money was for diapers and food for my 4 children they HAD NO RIGHT TO TAKE IT WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME. Please help
