They are nasty people, they took my car, then would not let me get my personal belongings

These people will call you every single day on the hour is you are even a day late for your car payment. I told them i was in miami on a family emergency and that due to this family emergency i will not have the money to make my car payment. They were okay with this and wished me the best of luck with my father. A few days ater returning to my home these people came and repo my car telling me i will get it back but now its been 9 days since they took my car and i been calling cresent bank Mrs. Brookes, Claudia, and Shannon and they all were not returning my call. Mrs brookes was a total jerk to me with no sympothy for what i was going threw and called me a liar. Claudia is who i told i was in miami and would not be able to pay for the car at this current time and she said that was fine just keep in touch and let her no when i can make a payment then she sends someone to come get my car. Shannon calls me today DAY 9 to tell me that my car will be sold in a auction tomorrow. She said that you only have 10 days to redem your car when mrs. Brookes told me it was 14 days. I dont have the money $1681 and now all the money i put into the car just doesnt matter and these people get away will being nasty and not going by there word. I only had like $5,000 left to pay and they took it. Every single person at this bank should be out of a job. They are rude and nasty and sneeky and what they say does not matter because they will take your vehicle and never get it back. They wont even give me permission to get my personal belongings out of my car. Ttt
