Stole money - -illegal charge

I authorized a $1.00 charge on my credit card for a credit report. This was 9/28/08. My credit card has since been charged $11.95 on 10/08/08. Next charged was $11.95 on 11/05/08. The last two charges were not authorized. There is ABSOLUTELY no way to contact these people that I am aware of.

Someone more knowledgeable than I will know how to find them.

The phone # listed on my credit card report/statement is: CreditScoreBoost 1-800-712-7224. No other phone #, nor address except NV.
