Being charged for something I never ordered

I went on line to order a free credit report.

First of all I never received one and second of all I am being charged for something I never wanted.

I have 3 charged on my credit card from them. One is from CreditScoreBoost for 1.00.

Another is a charge from CreditScoreBoost for 11.95.

The third is $4.95 for Fraud Protection.

I cannot reach anyone by phone. It is only a computer that answers and the email address they give you is not operating.
