Harassing phone calls

IC Methods calls my house requesting person who has not existed at home last 8 years. Owner wont answer my concerns regarding character of phone. I've requested IC Methods to 'QUIT" calling as I am not able to provide info to unwanted calls, different organization I've never handled.

Until harassing calls quit, my attorney is likely to be approached to document lawsuite against IC Methods/providers calling me for somebody no further dwelling at my home. I am not accountable for preceding citizen's matters, or may I provide data until my concerns are responded when IC Methods calls my house.
