A bill i dont owe

I am writing because this is a ripoff. Afni inc. Say i owe a phone bill that i have never heard of. They say i owe a balance of $181.89. If i make an effort to pay $90.95. They say once paid records will reflect the status of my account will be settled in full. I had to think about this. I never heard of this company. So i look on the enternet. And their they are. There rating dont look very good.
