William Ficka Liar, Cheater, Abuser, Violent, Evil, and Insane! People like this should be shot

I don't know where to start on this one, as it is the worst thing I have seen happen to one of my friends.

Willam Ficka & Karla Brown bought a house in Kissimmee, FL next to my friend Chris in 2005. Chris's family has owned the property for over 25 years, he actually was raised in this house.

When the Fickas moved in, they started being rude and abusive immediately. The first thing they did was to leave a U-Haul trailer in Chris's back driveway without asking... For days. He had to ask them to move it, finally. Since then there have been multiple occasions where people he (ficka) had visiting him would park in Chris's driveway without asking.

The front of their (william's) house always looks like some kind of trashy trailer park, even though it is an upper middle class neighborhood where everyone (mostly) takes very good care of their house and lawn.

Things were tolerable until this year when William asked Chris if he could level the ground between their houses. He told Chris he would put up a privacy fence between their lots. Chris thought this was okay, so he told Bill he could go ahead and do this.

After a couple months, and several times of Chris's swimming pool being filled with mud (this is because ficka removed the protective burm that had kept water out before) Chris went to fickas house and knocked on the door to ask again when was he going to put up the fence.

After having the door slammed in his face by ficka's rude teenage daughter, Chris turned around to walk back to his house. This is when it started to get ugly...

Wiliam Ficka stormed out of the front door and attacked my friend Chris by surprise and proceeded to assault and batter him in the driveway without restraint. Chris did not even fight back, he kept saying stop, stop, what are you doing?

Once Chris was able to get away from ficka, he went back home with multiple minor injuries (lacerations, bruises, black eye, etc) and called the Osceola County Sheriff's Department. What a waste of time that was. I don't even want to go into the whole joke about the law is supposed to protect innocent people.in a nutshell, they didn't really care about what happened.

As it turns out, William Ficka had a motive for all this behavior. When he bought the house next door to Chris, there was something in the documentation (property description with the county) that indicated that part of Chris's land was actually his, (so he thought).

Much has happened since the assault... Chris sued Ficka. Ficka sued Chris. Chris won the property dispute, so the land is his. But now he lives next to these evil people who have been nothing but horrible with additional lawsuits pending. Chris has spent over $3k on attorney fees so far. He has been humiliated and wronged to a high degree.

Ficka even tore down part of Chris's fence with a chain saw one day, and he won't replace it. He is constantly threatening him with physical harm and just being his own white-trash self.By the way, the Sheriff's Dept. Can't or won't do anything to help.

William Ficka and Karla Brown have continuously threatened and intimidated Chris, his wife, and their 7 year old daughter with various forms of foul language, shouting, screaming etc. The worst thing I heard about so far is this...

The other day Ficka came walking up Chris's driveway (by his side were his three children as young as 5, and as old as 15) yelling at him, saying "didn't I tell you not to come over here again". Chris responded by telling him that he had not gone into fickas yard. Ficka started cursing again and then Ficka said to Chris "I want to F*k your wife in the mouth" " I want her to give me a blow job like she does her clients"

Yes, he said these things in front of his kids. I can't believe it.

If there is a God in heaven, let him send a bolt of lightning down to end this mans life, as he does not deserve to live in my opinion.
