President Holy Pilgrimage tour group STEALS $9612.00 LaJolla

Three of my friends and myself decided to go with Spirit Tours for a Catholic Pilgrimage to the Holy Land one year ago because they offered the most Masses during the week we would be there.
After speaking with the President of Spirit Tours, Regina Reinhold, I sent a deposit for four for $1000.00 to her to place us in the November 17-25 tour.
She sent us the introductory package, which looked very official, with all our names listed.
During the year we saved up the balance and when I called her in a bit later to ask about connecting flights, she once again, returned my phone call immediately the next day to explain details of that... Each call you have to leave a message, never able to speak to a live person. Each call made resulted in an immediate response from Ms. Reinhold, usually the next day.in August, I called again to verify the remaining balance. When she called back, the next day, she gave me a quote of $2153.00 each, and within the next 2 weeks mailed out verification of such.
I paid the remaining $8612.00 mid-September and sent the envelope Certified Mail. I received the post card back in about a week with the signature of a J. Flores accepting it. My bank account stated such check cashed on Sept. 12.
Not another word from the company.
I called three weeks ago with a simple question and wanted a return call... Nothing. Several calls and emails later, no call, email or tickets. We are supposed to leave tomorrow and all of us are still dealing with unbelief and shock at such dealings.
