I am paying $34.99 per week since June I get no product an no answer? Help!

In June I saw a commercial for a laptop, anxious to get my wife a Realtor a Birthday gift i immediatly signed up for a 13 week layaway program @ $34.99 per week to show ability to pay then they will ship my product within 2-weeks they never did, I am on an automatic deduction from my credit union to continue paying $34.99 per week for a price of $1,950 some odd, I 'try to call and get an automated service, when I finally get someone 1 hour later he tells me he knows nothing, their live chat is automated with no answers as well, I got scammed and want my money back right away and want to stop making payments, they also promised some kind of rebate $3-$500 or something as 'well as a digital camera and printer upon paid balance. Please it's Christmas help me get my money back I've already paid almost $1000 I didn't have to begin with but my wife is trying so hard in Real Estate and I thought this would help her. Thank You Scammed Steve
