Nov. 4/08 I ordered a free trial product from an online service. And I got charged and suddently today Nov. 10 I got another charge for 29.95 from a company name fit factory. Service that I never asked for. I am very good finding information around the web and I found this company website and I never saw that website before I even check my web history to see If I visited before and is not record of it. I check the link contact us and I saw a billing number 1-866-407-1022. I made the call inmediately I found the number. Around 10:22 pm hoping that they have a 7/24 customer services. Bingo... Somebody answer.

I explain to the person that i never ordered anythinf from them and they were charging me 29.95 for a service I never asked for. The girl told me that when I order a free trial product online the service enroll was automatic and I had 7 days to cancelled if not they will start charging. I said to her how that can be if today is only day 6 after I order de free trial product and you already charged?

She was in shock and I say to her I know this is a scam situation and I am not going to get in an argument because you don't have fault in this, probably is just the smart boss that is probably behind you right now. Just cancel any enrollmenet that you have with my name and my information on it and I hope I don't get any charge from you again or I will take further actions. Now is time to wait and check. They even gave me a cancellation number. This company need to be put down by authorities.

I checked the website that I ordered a free trial product and I try to order again just to see if any advise of that enrollment is announce... It is not announced on the website.
