Scammed by Travelling Sales/Kenmore Sales/RLA Inc. Never received magazines

I had a nice young man visit my home with a travelling sales company trying to earn points for a trip to Europe. Sound familiar? He was very personable and I happened to have a bit of cash, so ordered spirit led woman at a cost of $38.00 for a 1 year subscription. I hated parting with the cash, but I did it to help and because it was a magazine I'd be interested in receiving. I don't usually part with $38.00 easily, and I should have listened to my gut, but I didn't and I was taken. I feel so very stupid. I thought I was smarter than that. I don't have extra money to throw around. It is now Nov. 10; it was back in June of 08 that he was here. Boy, do I feel stupid.
