Window manufacture defect!

We bought the Sprinter Cooper Canyon in 06 end of the year sale. Since day one we have had major problems. The trailer has been in shop for 11 months out of 24 months. Damages still not corrected.

This summer just after our warrany was up we took the trailer out from undercover and we had mold in the trailer. We called Camping World that bought out the company we purchased it from and we were told they were to busy to deal with us and to call back later this summer when things slow down.

Well we finally had enough and we got a hold of someone and we took the trailer in. They said it was our windows leaking. And thats to bad our warrany was up. They said they were not sealed. But I had just taken it in to be sealed (and I guess they didnt seal it)

So after fighting with them tooth and nail, they were going to give us a deal on a new trailer. 41k later I threw the paper back at him and said forget it. I went back to where my trailer was and saw a tech in the back. He asked if this was our trailer. =) Why yes... And I began to pick his brain.

He showed us were the windows were leaking and why. They were never set in correctly from the manufacture. Just about every window leaked, and all the storage units. The tech said this trailer has old water damages so it seemed it had been leaking for a really long time. (probably off the lot when we got it)

I went to the manger and he refuses to comment on my trailer. They wont fix it, nor will he admit if they were even set incorrecly or not. They are aware we are contacing a lawyer. So he wont speak to me.

We are writing a letter to Keystone requesting contact and correction due to a manufacture defect. We know they will do nothing but we are following the ladder of command. We plan on a lawsuit. We either get a new trailer or our money back.

If anyone has had problems please feel free to fill me in. Or give me sites on where I can find more Keystone leak problems. The more I have the better of a chance I will have in court. They need to know I'm not the only one and they cant get away with this anymore.
