These tenants stole my house. First they Falsified about every detail of there application for Lease. Wrote a returned check from a closed checking account for their deposit. After notifying the tenant of the returned check. They refused to correct the default, and stated I needed to take them to court.

These tenants stated they only had four occupants, on application, lease agreement, and city occupancy permit. Only later to be observed with having 6 children. This was a violation of the city occupancy ordnance. Which was reported and the tenant still refuses to vacate.
Eventually, Served proper notices to vacate, and notified that the lease had been terminated. Hired an attorney to EVICT them ASAP. How ever this will not be a quick process. Nor will it be the last Landlord they steal from.
